RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At VELYRA, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• unworn
• unused
• unwashed
• in original condition
• with all original tags attached
Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, stains, pet hair, or missing tags may not qualify for a return.
VELYRA reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Sizing & Fit
We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing an order.
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Returns requested due to sizing preferences or personal fit preferences may be accepted in accordance with this policy but are not considered product defects.
Color Disclaimer
We make every effort to accurately display our products.
However, actual product colors may vary slightly from images due to lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen settings.
Minor color variations do not qualify as product defects.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
Eligible returns may qualify for:
• a refund to the original payment method
• store credit
• an exchange (subject to product availability)
Store credit may be used toward any future purchase on VELYRA.
Refunds are processed only after returned items have been received and inspected by our team.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• final sale items
• gift cards
• worn or damaged items
• items returned without original tags
• items returned outside the return window
Please review product details carefully before purchasing final sale products.
How to Request a Return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• the wrong item was received
• the item arrived damaged
• the item is defective
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.
VELYRA is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, refunds, exchanges, or store credits are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been completed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
• clear photos of the item
• photos of the packaging
• your order number
